Aaryn didn't get the warm reception she was hoping for when she left the Big Brother house Thursday night.

Aaryn was welcomed with questions about her derogatory comments in the Big Brother house.

Aaryn tried to deny them before blaming them on something else.

When Julie Chen asked Aaryn about her derogatory comments during Aaryn's eviction interview Thursday night, Aaryn had a lot of excuses:

  • I have said some things that have been taken completely out of context and wrong.
  • I do not remember saying those things.
  • If I said those things, I feel horrible for that and I regret that.
  • In Texas, we say things.  Sometimes we joke and we don't mean it. I really feel bad that this is how it's being seen and how I've come across to people.

The usual loud cheers for an evicted Big Brother houseguest were replaced with a mixture of cheers, boos, and silence from the studio audience Thursday night.

The crowd gasped when Julie Chen announced that she would be reading some of Aaryn's own comments back to her.  The crowd also laughed and yelled as Aaryn tried to deny saying them.

This may only be the beginning of many uncomfortable eviction night interviews.  Several other Big Brother houseguests have made similar derogatory comments this season.

Here's more about the derogatory comments on Big Brother 15:

Thursday's interview was only the beginning of the tough questions that will face Aaryn and some of the other Big Brother houseguests even after the show is over.

Let's hope Julie Chen was right when she told Aaryn:

After watching all of this footage, I hope, and I think you might have a new perspective on things.
