So, it's now 2020. And as we move into the new year, most of us have all the best intentions to make some changes in our lives. You know, our New Year Resolutions. And, yes, we all mean well, but facts are that most of us will "fall off the wagon of resolutions" by the end of January, maybe before. What's one to do? Here's an idea.

Choose some changes to make that are realistic for you to achieve. Success in one, just may lead to another, and more.

Here are "11 Resolutions for a Better You" I found by Joshua Becker, WSJ Best-Selling author of The More of Less and the Minimalist Home.

1.  Exercise  2. Less Television  3. Go outside  4. Read fiction  5. Give  6. Serve  7. Buy less stuff and more experiences  8. Display gratitude  9. Practice smiling  10. Stop and just play  and 11. Determine to be happy.

It's better if you read the entire article to better understand each resolution. The website is Becoming Minimalist.

Enjoy, and here's to a wonderful 2020!
