Taking Care of Seniors and Keeping Them in Their Homes – Andy’s Interviews

Andy Rent sits down to talk with Theresa Toland of Tandem 365 about caring for seniors and keeping them in their homes while doing so.

This program came about after several different people in the health care and nursing home businesses (plus folks from Life EMS) realized that there was a communication issue between all of those places when it came to taking care of seniors.

The goal of the program is to make it so that they have 24-hour access to help, but that that help will come to them in their home and care for them, which will hopefully keep them from having to go to the hospital.
