Sasha, from the Humane Society of West Michigan, came to visit.

Andy Rent talked about Sasha with Emily from the Humane Society of West Michigan on his Andy in the Morning show for Wet Nose Wednesday.

Sasha is a 3-year-old Boxer mix who came to us via transfer from Clarksdale, MS two weeks ago. She is extremely social and loves to play. She is heartworm positive which means she will have to return to HSWM for heartworm treatment.

The American Kennel Club says, loyalty, affection, intelligence, work ethic, and good looks: Boxers are the whole doggy package. Bright and alert, sometimes silly, but always courageous, the Boxer has been among America’s most popular dog breeds for a very long time.

Emily wanted to thank everyone for donating to Humane Society of West Michigan on Giving Tuesday! We are so incredibly grateful for your generosity! The funds raised will be used to help provide care for over 4,000 homeless animals in the coming year. As a 100% donor-funded non-profit organization, your support is critical to our mission. We truly couldn't do it without you! Thank you for caring for animals in need!

She also talked about the Winter Escape:
