Adopt Roger Amore from Crash's Landing!

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Every Friday on 100.5 The River is "Purrrfect Friday," where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home. This week, we're spotlighting Roger Amore.

Roger Amore was first found as a stray near Wealthy Street.

The woman who found him immediately cared for him and took him to a vet. After some tests it was discovered that Roger Amore was FIV positive.

Crash's Landing was the first place that those who were caring for Roger Amore thought of to take him.

Big Sid's Sanctuary at Crash's Landing specializes in care for cats who are FIV positive.

It is hard to find a place to take FIV positive cats. The staff at Crash's Landing and Big Sid's has helped hundreds of cats who otherwise would never have had a home.

Roger Amore is one of those lucky cats.

Roger Amore was born in the summer of 2008. He came to Crash's Landing in January of 2013. Now he is ready for a second chance.

Can you adopt Roger Amore?
