Phyllis is about to mark the one year anniversary of the day she was kicked out of her home. Let's turn the anniversary into a day to celebrate by finding her a permanent home.

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 4,000 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Each Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Phyllis.

Phyllis was rescued after being kicked out of her house. Fortunately, there was someone there to take care of Phyllis so she didn't end up homeless. After spending some time in the home of her rescuer, she came to Crash's Landing in hope of finding a perfect match.

Phyllis is 12 years old. She arrived at Crash's Landing on Feb. 3, 2020. Her stay has been a short one and we all hope to keep it that way.

Phyllis loves attention. She likes being picked up, sitting on your lap and getting belly rubs. She's quite the talker too.

Phyllis has adjusted well to life with the other cats at Crash's Landing. She would do fine in a home with other cats or as an only cat.

Please adopt Phyllis.
