Lucy, the cat, came calling today.

Lucy visited with Andy Rent as he talked about her on his Andy in the Morning show for Wet Nose Wednesday.

Jona, from the Humane Society of West Michigan, brought Lucy into the studios.

Lucy is a 11-year old Domestic medium hair cat, that needs a good, loving home. Lucy has been spayed, had all her vaccinations, is micro chipped, and ready to find a new home. And, since Lucy is 11-years of age, she is a member of the Silver Paws club, and is FREE to the right person or family.

According to the Cat Fanciers Association, if you're looking for a cat that will be a gentle companion, a playmate for your children, and a full-fledged member of the family, look no further than the Domestic Medium Hair. This breed is known for its longevity, robust health, good looks, sweet personality, and amiability with children, dogs, and other pets. Lucy fits the bill, totally.

Jona also reminded us that February is "every kiss begins with K9" month. Through the end of February, all dogs, 5-month old and older to 7-years, are only $75! All dogs 7-years and older are in the Silver Paws club, of course, and their fee is waived for the right owners.

You can get all the information on the Humane Society website or call (616) 453-8900.
