With the new year, comes new opportunities:  career opportunities, entertainment opportunities, and opportunities to help others.

Can you help Dawson from Crash's Landing?

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped over 2,500 cats, but there is still work to be done.

Every Friday is Purrrfect Friday on 100.5 The River.  We feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.  This week we're spotlighting Dawson.

Dawson was born in July of 2012.  He was a very timid cat from birth and sadly, his mother wanted nothing to do with him.

Dawson was first brought into Crash's Landing just after he was born, but needed to be brought to another site until he could gain more confidence.

On November 27, Dawson returned to Crash's Landing.  He loves other cats, but remains shy around people.  He does, however, love people food!

If you have a quiet home with other cats, it would be the perfect place for Dawson!

Can you adopt Dawson?

There are other ways to help Crash's Landing and give back to the community.  Consider becoming a volunteer at Crash's Landing.
