Happy Sunday.  Today is “Golfers Day”, honoring everyone who walks a mile chasing the little white ball, on the 95th anniversary of the first PGA Championship in 1916.   You think you are a little rusty? We finally have a decent weekend of warm weather, I know a lot of us had a chance to play golf yesterday...

Even if you are not a golf fan, you have to appreciate the spectacle that is the Masters Golf Tournament. First off, it is the only major golf event played on the same course every year. Second, you have to really be somebody special to even play the course -- forget trying to be a pro player...

Over the past ten, twelve years, I've amassed a rather large collection of golf shirts. Always on the alert for a good bargain, I've become pretty good at buying expensive stuff on the cheap. My wife will often say I have too many golf shirts...

Greg says that Michigan Golf Hall of Fame member Lynn Janson has returned to his home state, purchased Hastings Country Club with his wife Norma, and has opened the doors to what he described as a sporty public course with membership options...

Daylight Savings Time. Love it. In fact, if one hour is good, lets advance the clock two hours. Think about it. More time for baseball, golf, picnics, deck parties, etc. If gas prices prevent us from traveling, lets have more time to do fun stuff around town...

As if his bad golf playing hasn't been in the news enough.  Now Tiger Woods makes the news yet again!  The Europeon Tour just announced that Tiger will indeed be fined an undisclosed sum for a "breach of etiquette."  TigerWoods has apologized for the incident via Twitter...

No doubt about it. I miss playing golf. Andy and I are lucky enough to take listeners to many of the best golf courses in Michigan. April first we'll start taking names and making reservations so be listening. In the meantime, enjoy the West Michigan Golf Show this weekend at Devos Place downtown...
