When Is It Too Hot For High School Football Practice
It is that time of year, high school football players say goodbye to their summer and begin two-a-day practice for their upcoming season. As much as I enjoyed playing football, I never enjoyed losing the last couple weeks of summer vacation. Really hated wearing full equipment and practicing in 90 degree temps.
