UPDATE: Missing Mason County 2-Year-Old Found, Father Arrested

A father has been arrested in the parental kidnapping case of Hailey Hunter-Rose Fargo in Mason County.

Mark Alan Saporita-Fargo was arrested on the east side of Michigan Tuesday morning after a citizen tipped off police to their whereabouts.

Saporita-Fargo is currently out on bond for a criminal sexual conduct charge. He was scheduled to appear for a jury trial on Tuesday. That charge stemmed from an incident on Halloween involving a teenager.

Another man, Jeffrey Alan Miller, was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon. Police believe Miller drove Saporita-Fargo and his daughter to the other side of the state.
