This morning, Frederik Meijer Gardens announced plans for growth and improvements totaling $115 million. The plans would bring changes and additions throughout Meijer Gardens, including many upgrades to the popular amphitheater.

The Fifth Third Bank Summer Concert Series at Frederik Meijer Gardens sold out 21 of their 30 concerts on the first day. A few more sold out shortly after, but after tickets went on sale for the public on May 14, Meijer Gardens added additional tickets for some sold out shows.

This morning, Frederik Meijer Gardens announced four acts which will be performing at the 2016 Fifth Third Bank Summer Concerts.

Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Sir Elton John has carved out one of the most illustrious music careers of the past half-century. He is the third most successful artist in the history of the American music charts, behind only Elvis Presley and The Beatles. His home away from his United Kingdom home is Las Vegas, where he the resident artist at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace from March 18 to April 14.

Bryan Adams is hitting the road in April to celebrate the 30th anniversary of his iconic rock album, Reckless. The tour kicks off on April 11 in Houston and includes a July 23 performance at DTE Energy Theatre in Clarkston.
