Save a Life. You Can Do It.
Couple great stories the past few days about everyday people becoming life-saving heroes. You've seen video of the bystanders pulling that burning car off a motorcycle crash victim. Amazing stuff. Last Saturday, a Notre Dame fan was given CPR at Michigan Stadium by a trained Michigan fan during the football game. Quick action by people who knew what to do saved a life.
We can do the same thing. As a former volunteer fireman / medical first responder, I had the great fortune to be involved in many life-saving situations. Nothing greater in the world that helping someone in need. Really, if I can do it anyone can. CPR is easy to learn and doesn't cost a lot. Red Cross has classes and on-line training.
You have thought about it. Everyone has. Do something about it.
