Probably the biggest waste disposal unit in your home is.....not your garbage disposal, but.....your toilet!

Okay, going "potty" is a natural thing for all of us and perfectly fine for your toilet, but so many people use it for other things and as a waste disposal. Seriously, I think people probably figure what's the big deal because whatever they toss in there just gets washed into the swear system and washed away and they don't have to worry about it. No muss, no fuss, right?

Boards of Public Works around America like this one in Missouri are begging everyone to listen up and straighten up. No, no, no, to anything down the toilet except toilet paper.

What's the plumber's favorite saying? Plumbers always say to remember the three P's for your toilet to be safe, Paper (toilet), Pee and Poo! There you go!

So, let's look at some of the No No's.

It's stunning what people will toss down the toilet. But with some of these things that you may tend to flush down you'll probably become real friendly with your local plumber. And besides, you're really gumming up the sanitary sewer system works.
