Here is a remarkable story of a young girl who wants to help people. That's all, just help by doing an act of kindness. The back story from the Huffington Post is that when 8-year-old Alex McKelvey’s grandmother passed away in September of 2013, Alex, then 6, vowed to do 60 acts of kindness by what would have been her grandmother’s 60th birthday on March 22, 2014.

Well, Alex met that goal, and then she did something remarkable, she decided to keep going. She pledged to do 600 acts of kindness by the same date in 2015. She did it again – and has no plans of stopping.

What an inspiration Alex is to all of us. Alex’s mom, Sarah McKelvey, has documented all the acts of kindness on Instagram.

Have you done anything kind today?
