Pine Rest Opens First Psychiatric Urgent Care In West Michigan

West Michigan's first Psychiatric Urgent Care opens today, Tuesday, April 16th.  Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services now has an urgent care facility that will treat people who are dealing with mental health issues.

This the first facility of its kind in West Michigan and it will provide services for people between the ages of 18-65.  The Urgent Care will treat patients experiencing symptoms such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, disturbing thoughts, suicidal thoughts, acute grief reactions, trouble managing daily activities, and substance use disorders.

The hours for the new Psychiatric Urgent Care are Monday - Friday from 10 AM - 8 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM - 3 PM.

The new facility is located on the Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services campus at 300 68th St. SE, Grand Rapids, MI, 49548.
