Monroe North Neighborhood ArtPrize Preview [Photos]

Artists and ArtPrize fans enjoyed an early start to ArtPrize tonight at Boardwalk Condos, Monroe Community Church, and Sixth Street Bridge Park.

The Monroe North Neighborhood ArtPrize preview included food, drinks, dancers and live music. Many artists were on hand to discuss their work and share stories.

Highlights are pictured above including Erin V. Sotak's "My Your Our Water" which is located in the Grand River at Sixth Street Bridge Park. It is the only entry in the Grand River. Jane Cassidy’s “Brumaire is the color” was set to be installed in the Grand River, but had to withdraw from ArtPrize.
