Love's Ice Cream, A Grand Rapids Favorite

The creamery and candy shop first opened up at the Grand Rapids Downtown Market back in 2013. One of my favorite items they make is the Michigan-shaped "Mitten Pops".

If you haven't been yet, Love’s is all about high-quality, thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Their hand-scooped ice cream, vegan gelato, sorbet, baked goods, and chocolate treats are made from scratch using organic ingredients, grass-fed dairy, and produce from small Michigan farms.

Everything is prepared by a production team trained at the Culinary Institute of Michigan and Secchia Institute for Culinary Education. The shop emphasizes small-batch, scratch-made goodness, so each visit might offer something a little different.

So where is the new Love's location? Ada! The shop shared on social media that a second store is coming to the area.

Where is Love's Ice Cream in Ada?

A timeline has yet to be revealed. However, in the comments on the post, Love's did share that the new ice cream shop will be located at 7333 Bronson St. SE in Ada, not far from the covered bridge.
