Delicias Fusion Kitchen & Bar officially opened its doors August 14 at 4676 32nd Ave. in Hudsonville. The new eatery serves up a creative mix of authentic Mexican favorites and bold fusion dishes.

Start things off with shareable bites like crispy Ribeye Chicharrón, gooey Queso Fundido, or their twist on street corn.

There are salads, bowls, sandwiches, and some pretty inventive burgers too. Their Mexi Smash Burger, for example, stacks Angus beef and chorizo patties with caramelized onions, cheddar, pico de gallo, guacamole, and roasted garlic crema on a toasted potato bun.

For entrees, you’ll find classic Mexican plates like flautas, fajitas, burritos, and enchiladas, plus unexpected options like Chicken & Chorizo Alfredo, Chipotle Shrimp Rigatoni, and even Tenderloin Medallion Pasta. Steak lovers, they’ve got you covered with a New York strip and steak frites.

And of course, save room for dessert—Tres Leches Cake, Deep Fried Ice Cream, and Raspberry Tiramisu are all on the list.

Bar menu includes wine, beer, and cocktails like The Ultimate Margarita and Mexican Mule. For soft beverages, sip on horchata, juice, or Coke products.

The new restaurant is getting rave reviews so far.
