Kee Kee is Our Humane Society Sweet Pet of The Week

Heather, from the Humane Society of West Michigan, was on the air today for Wet Nose Wednesday as she featured sweet Kee Kee.

This plus sized queen has a lot of love to give. KeeKee is a super sweet cat who loves to stay in on the weekends and serve her best bread loaf LEWKS to her inner circle. A bit timid, this cute queen knows what she's about and would prefer a quiet home to soak up all the love and pets. Have you ever met a cat who loves belly rubs?

You'd better work! KeeKee also loves to be brushed and to play. She even brings her little toys into bed with her. She's a chatty girl and will chirp whenever you're nearby to let you know she's ready for more attention. She also enjoys sitting by the window and listening to all of the birds spilling the tea. Lost Pet Prevention Special

Though 4th of July is over, people might still be setting off leftover fireworks throughout the week, so make sure your pets are protected! HSWM will still be offering our 4th of July lost pet prevention special during our open hours through this Friday, July 8th, so you can microchip your pet AND buy them an engraved ID tag for just $20!

As a reminder, if your pet is already microchipped, this is also a great time to check in with your pet's microchip company to ensure the registered contact information is up-to-date. An up-to-date microchip is the best defense against lost animals! Each brand of chip is different, so be sure to contact the company directly for assistance.
