Grand Rapids Police are asking for the public's help identifying four men in connection with an assault in Eastown Saturday night. 

Fox 17 reports that a man was out celebrating his 21st birthday with three other men when they were assaulted Saturday night. The incident occured around midnight in the 1400 block of Lake Drive SE, near Yesterdog.

According to police, a man who appeared to be homeless approached the group asking for money. Whey they declined, a dark colored SUV approached. Four men got out of the SUV and attacked the group. They then fled in the vehicle.

The 21-year-old man suffered a brain injury, and is currently in the hospital. The three other men's injuries were non-life threatening.

The suspects are described as being black men in their 20s, three with average builds, one with a large build, like a body builder.
