Just look at that face.

Don't you want to see Scrat smile?

Here's how: Adopt Scrat!

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Each Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Scrat.

Scrat was rescued on June 6, 2013. He was pretty shy and was in rough shape. All of Scrat's canine teeth were either missing or broken down to the gums and his tongue had been lacerated. He is also FIV postive.

Once Scrat got some food and met the other cats at the shelter he was very happy. Scrat loves to eat and he loves cats! (Sounds like someone we can relate to!)

Scrat would be a good fit for any home. Please adopt him!
