As tulips bloom in West Michigan, Schnapps is here to remind us of the beautiful cats which are up for adoption year-round at Crash's Landing.

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Each Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Schnapps.

Schnapps was born in late 2012 and ended up homeless before he was taken in by the Harbor Humane Society. They were happy to take him in, but had to find a new home when it was discovered Schnapps was FIV positive.

Schnapps arrived at Crash's Landing on January 10, 2017. He was brought to Big Sid's Sanctuary, a home for FIV positive cats, and has been enjoying his time there since day one.

Schnapps likes to stay out of the spotlight and he likes to take naps. Sounds like he has life all figured out! Adopt Schnapps today!
