Moira was found as a stray in the fall of 2014. She was found near Kalamazoo Avenue and M-6. It is possible she was displaced by the tornado that came through the area that spring.

Moira has been at Crash's Landing for just over a year now and she still needs a permanent home.

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Every Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Moira.

Moira had a bit of an attitude when she first came to Crash's Landing. She'd had a rough time on her own and no one can blame her for being in a bad mood.

Time has helped Moira. That hard shell has softened and she now enjoys the company of other cats.

Please help Moira by giving her the home she deserves.
