Introducing a new cat and a new milestone for Crash's Landing.

Meet Jorah the 4,000th cat rescued by Crash's Landing.

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 4,000 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Each Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Jorah.

Jorah became Crash's Landing's 4000th rescue cat when he was taken in from the southeast side of Grand Rapids after his owner passed away.

Jorah was born in the spring of 2015. He prefers to go it solo and sometimes becomes overwhelmed around other cats. He takes an anti-anxiety medication uses a pheromone calming collar.

Jorah needs a home with no kids and no other cats. Most importantly, he needs an owner who will show him love and patience.

Please adopt Jorah.
