This big guy is friendly and loyal. Hodor is a popular cat at Crash's Landing and the perfect cat for you to bring home.

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Each Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Hodor.

Hodor came to Crash's Landing on Aug. 22, 2019, from a woman who had adopted him from another shelter.

After she discovered that Hodor is FIV positive, she wanted to find a new home for Hodor because she feared one of her more aggressive cats might not get along with Hodor and that could lead to her cat getting FIV.

Crash's Landing took Hodor into Big Sid's Sanctuary, their home for FIV positive cats.

Hodor is a 15-pound, gentle giant. He is an easygoing, friendly cat. He has fit in very well with the other cats at Crash's Landing. He would do well in a home with other cats, a dog, kids, just about anywhere.

Please adopt Hodor.
