Adopt Elphaba From Crash’s Landing
Want to add some energy and enthusiasm to your life? You've got to meet Elphaba!
Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center. Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.
Each Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.
This week, we're spotlighting Elphaba.
Elphaba was all set to be adopted at another shelter, but then she tested positive for Feline Leukemia. That also meant she had to be transferred from that shelter and Crash's Landing was happy to step up as they have hundreds of times before.
Elphaba is full of energy. You've got to see it for yourself. This continues despite some illnesses and surgeries. Elphaba is a truly remarkable cat and she deserves a truly remarkable home. She's not a huge fan of being picked up and she's also not a huge fan of other cats so she'd do best in a home where she is the only cat.
Elphaba's stay at Crash's Landing hasn't been a long one. She arrived at Crash's Landing on May 31, 2018. Help us keep it that way and find her a home by the end of the month!
