David Rose from Crash's Landing is known for being "almost too pretty for pictures," but his wonderful attributes don't stop there. Meet him at Crash's Landing.

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 4,000 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Each Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting David Rose.

David Rose came from Wyoming after a friend of Crash's Landing had been caring for him for about one month. He was cared for in Wyoming in response to an online ad which asked for help.

David Rose was brought to Crash's Landing in January 2020 for a physical exam where he was treated for a flea allergy, intestinal bacteria and had multiple teeth extracted due to gingivitis. He spent his first days at Crash's Landing, but has since moved to Big Sid's Sanctuary after a re-test found him FIV+.

David is a bit shy, but will warm up to you given a little time. He'd do best in a home where he can socialize with another cat or two.

Please adopt David Rose.
