Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center. Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.
Every Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.
This week, we're spotlighting Daddy G.
Daddy G was born in 2013. He was very frightened and unsure when he first came to Crash's Landing. It was a big change and he needed time.
Daddy G spent most days on his own. He kept a safe distance from others and spent time hiding in pillows. After a few weeks things began to change. Daddy G began to seek out attention. He enjoyed interacting with Crash's Landing volunteers and now gets along very well with other cats too!
Today, Daddy G is very happy at Crash's Landing, but we all know what he really needs - a home and a family to call his own.
