Slowly, we are inching closer to November and winter and cold temperatures. Each day the work they do at Crash's Landing becomes more important. Help Crash's Landing find homes for their cats and make room for more cats before the cold weather hits!

Please adopt Cuervo.

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Each Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Cuervo.

Cuervo was born in the spring of 2013. He came to Crash's Landing through a volunteer who found him on the south side of town. When he arrived at Crash's Landing, Cuervo had a facial wound which gave him a lop-sided grin for several weeks, but he has healed nicely.

Cuervo LOVES exploring. He literally follows volunteers around and throws himself at their feet, then flops over and begs for a belly rub. Getting brushed is even better as far as Cuervo is concerned.

Cuervo is a fun-loving, people-loving, scratch-loving cat!

Please adopt Cuervo!
