Adopt Chesterfield From Crash’s Landing

It's summer! Summer is all about being busy and having fun, but still finding some time to slow down and relax. Chesterfield from Crash's Landing is an expert at all of these things.

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Each Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Chesterfield.

Crash's Landing first met Chesterfield after they were contacted by Montcalm County earlier this year in January.

He had a herpes infection in his eyes that was causing him quite a bit of trouble. The infection was causing corneal irritation and ultimately required two surgeries to completely repair.

Over time, he has recovered well and is now ready for a new home!

Chesterfield is fun and outgoing and loves other cats, although he prefers hanging out with those that are a little more mellow like he is. He also loves people!
