Butters will turn four years old this spring. He would love nothing more than an early birthday present in the form of a new home! Please adopt Butters!

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Each Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Butters.

In October of 2017, a regular Crash's Landing volunteer and cat rescuer brought Butters into the shelter to put him up for adoption. Circumstance didn't allow for her to keep Butters, although it was not for lack of effort. In the end, it comes down to what is best for Butters.

Butters was born in the spring of 2014. After arriving at Crash's Landing it took a while for Butters to warm-up to his new surroundings, but today he enjoys it and LOVES being around people. If you have an open lap, you have a friend-for-life in Butters. He also gets along well with other cats. Butters is ready to be adopted and can adjust to any living situation.

Please adopt Butters!
