Good things come to those who wait. That's what Bellamy is counting on.

It took Bellamy a long time to become prepared to be adopted, nearly six months, but now she's ready and needs your help!

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Each Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Bellamy.

Bellamy was born in the fall of 2013. In November of 2016, she was found by a Lowell resident who offered to house her indefinitely when she turned up positive for Feline Leukemia. It was a tough day when they had to say goodbye in April of 2017 and Bellamy went to Crash's Landing.

Bellamy has Feline Leukemia, other than that she is very healthy. Bellamy is laid back, she's LOVES attention from people, and also enjoys time on her own away from other cats.

It's been a long road for Bellamy, but one we'd all like to see reach a happy ending. Maybe you can provide the missing piece to the puzzle?

Please adopt Bellamy!
