Help us make it the most wonderful time of the year for Aioli! Adopt her today!

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Each Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Aioli.

Aioli was born around October of 2016. She was found starving near Sandy Pines earlier this year. A friend of Crash's Landing found Aioli, gave her food and shelter, then brought her into Crash's Landing where it was discovered that Aioli can't hear.

Aioli was filthy, flea-ridden, and later developed an ear infection and nasty respiratory virus that caused oral ulceration and a high fever. She healed well with time, but took more time to adjust to her new surroundings. Aioli has been known to let out a growl to let the other kitties know her personal space is important to her. It is safe to assume that because she's deaf, she easily gets overwhelmed with all the other cats.

She is getting adjusted to her new surroundings, but remains demanding. Aioli will take a little extra care and patience. Please adopt her.
