Adopt Abner From Crash’s Landing
If you're interested in adopting a cat, but you've never had a cat before, maybe you're worried about adjusting to the change. An easygoing cat is exactly what you need and you won't find a cat more easygoing and fun than Abner!
Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center. Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.
Each Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.
This week, we're spotlighting Abner.
Abner has only been at Crash's Landing for about one month. He is a resident of Big Sid's Sanctuary which is Crash's Landing's home for FIV positive cats.
When he came into Crash's Landing as a stray he was very dirty, needed dental work, his skin was inflamed and his ears were infected. Yet, Abner quickly made the transition to life at Big Sid's. He is very easygoing and loves to following people around. He also has a playful side and especially loves plastic toy springs!
Abner isn't a big fan of dogs, but he would do well in just about any other household including one which already has cats.
Come into Crash's Landing to meet Abner!
