Anila Quayyum Agha’s ArtPrize 2014 winning piece "Intersections" will be on display at this year's ArtPrize competition.

This morning, ArtPrize announced that "Intersections" will be installed The HUB at 41 Sheldon Blvd. The HUB is the main ArtPrize retail area and a central meeting place for a variety of ArtPrize events.

“I am thrilled to show Intersections at the HUB for ArtPrize Seven. It will be a wonderful homecoming!” said Anila Quayyum Agha. “Over the past year, I have often thought of the deep and lasting impact this art competition has had on my career, and I feel heartfelt gratitude -- and am still slightly stunned. The added bonus of forming lasting relationships with the lovely people of ArtPrize, and the Grand Rapids Art Museum, has made this journey very special for me. I also feel very partial to Grand Rapids with a great deal of love for the people who make it truly memorable for the participating artists.”

"Intersections" will be available to view beginning on Saturday, September 19, when ArtPrize hosts the grand opening of The HUB.
