You probably have friends who have belonged to a food co-op before.  The amount of food you get far exceeds the amount of money you pay for it!  Plus the best part is, is that it is locally grown, fresh and you can follow the source where your food came from.  That makes me feel better about eating fresh fruits and vegetables.

Most people may be heard of Trillium Haven Farms but when I visited their website I was surprised to learn that this year, 2012, Trillium Haven Farms is taking a sabbatical.  They promise they will be back with a bigger and better plan next year.

So the West Michigan Cooperative became my new focus.  Here's how it works...
