Better Than Expected Seminar at Van Andel

I know I cast a suspicious shadow over the Get Motivated seminar going on right now at Van Andel Arena. Coming back from my noon workout at the Y, I asked a few of the many people on break from the seminar about their thoughts. Each person said they were enjoying it and the "selling" portion wasn't too bad. That is nice to hear.
