Is Grand Rapids a happy city?

One report doesn't think so, but we know better.

A report came out last month naming New York the "most unhappy city in America".

Grand Rapids didn't rank well either, falling behind dozens of others.

I don't buy it. I think we are happier.

At least we were until this report came out.

The report groups Grand Rapids with Holland and Muskegon. One-hundred seventy-seven metro areas were ranked. We fell in about the middle of the list.

There is plenty of happiness to go around, but some areas are happier than others. Where you live or have lived helps to give more insight as to where those areas are.
