Max sure is a lover. He is so sweet and would make any family a wonderful addition. Don't forget, like all puppies, Max is still learning about the world and will need patience, training, and plenty of positive experiences as he grows.

The Humane Society has such a great program called Tales to Tails, where groups (up to 4 people, including one adult) can cozy up and read their favorite books to a shelter animal. Reading out loud not only helps kids build confidence and literacy skills, but it seriously gives the animals comfort, enrichment, and a little extra love. It’s a win-win with a whole lot of heart!
