West Michigan Labor Day Festivities

The Mackinac Labor Day bridge walk is very popular.  West Michigan celebrates Labor Day with a few bridge walks of our own; plus baseball, live music, and more.

Not everyone wanted to get up early to walk or run across a bridge today.  Fortunately, there are a few other options for those who chose to sleep in today.

• The Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum has free admission today.
• West Michigan Labor Fest is in Grand Rapids today from 11:00am - 5:00pm at Ah-Nab-Awen Park.  There is food, live music, and kids activities.
• The West Michigan Whitecaps play their season finale at Fifth Third Ballpark today at 1:00pm.
