Summer is always a great time to check out a baseball game at LMCU Ballpark. This weekend the West Michigan Whitecaps take on the Lake County Captains. On Thursday it will be Rivalry Night. Friday is Pirate Night. The teams puts on their Beer City Bung Hammers uniforms for Saturday's game. On Sunday, it's Las Calaveras de West Michigan. The 2022 Danish Festival theme is: "Sankt Hans Aften" - Celebration of Summer. Some of the events for the kids include the Danish Dandies, a coloring contest, a Lego building contest, a drive-in movie, a fairy tale parade, and the Hans Christian Andersen Park. Events for everyone include an open air breakfast, the Danish Dash, the Marketplace and Food Court, and the Artisan Fair and Boutique. It only happens once a year -- a chance for your dog to swim at the Richmond Park Pool. The Wag 'n Wade dog swim will be from 12 Noon to 4:45 pm.
