Of course I'm talking about the BISSELL Blocktail Party® which is an annual fundraiser supporting animal welfare organizations in West Michigan and beyond. For its 14th year the theme will be rock n' roll.
The event will take place from 6 – 9 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11 at the East Grand Rapids High School Track and Field Center and pet lovers and their four-legged friends are invited!
New this year:
  • Dress your pet like a rock star to take part in the celebrity-judged costume contest
  • Tito’s Handmade Vodka will be in the “doghouse” with a Spin-to-Win game
  • The Marvelous Mutts Dog Show will entertain with special tricks
  • Get free advice from professional trainers and experienced veterinarians, including Marty Becker, “America’s Veterinarian” as seen on Good Morning America.
In addition, there will also be returning favorites such as:
  • Silent auction
  • Special appearance by Larissa Wohl, Pet Rescue Expert from Hallmark’s “Home & Family” show
  • Caricatures of furry-friends by popular ArtPrize winner, Chris LaPorte
  • LOTS of food and drinks!

As if all of this isn't fun enough, there will be adoptable dogs on-site!

BISSELL Pet Foundation
100% of proceeds from BISSELL Blocktail Party will go directly to save homeless pets through grants from BISSELL Pet Foundation.
Tickets to the 2019 BISSELL Blocktail Party can be purchased at the door tomorrow night.
