Downtown Grand Rapids has been evolving for more than the past 50 years. But most currently, let's say the past 26-years since the VanAndel Arena was built, that's when Downtown Grand Rapids really amped it up!

Sadly, the UICA, Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts is closing their doors.

October 13, 2022 is National Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day. Landmarks across the United States will be lighting up, including some Grand Rapids landmarks.

The UICA is moving to the Kendall College Campus next Spring.

After a University-wide look at programming, it was determined that it wasn't feasible to stay at their current Fulton St. location.

Enjoy the show while helping to raise money for a local cat shelter.

The event starts at 2:00 p.m. on Dec. 14.
