Trick-or-treating

As we continue to navigate through a global pandemic, a lot of people are curious about what's going to happen for Halloween. One West MI city helping answer some of the questions.

So far there's been nothing really mentioned in Michigan and many counties are still preparing for trick or treating, but another state bans it, will we follow suit?
