The Kent County Sheriff's office says an old scam is back. They've issued and advisory about a phone scam involving police impersonators and the sex offender registry.

In Battle Creek, there's a man who's on the Sex Offender list who wants to open up a Food Auction store to "help the community". But people in the neighborhood are a bit upset, and don't want him to be able to. Because his store would be right next door to a toy store, and only a few blocks from a school.

A recent Supreme Court decision found that laws barring access to social media sites is unconstitutional. So now, the National Association for Rational Sex Offense Laws has contacted Mark Zuckerberg, and issued a press release, calling for Facebook to end its ban on Sex Offenders. How do you feel about this?

I can give you a definitive, "no".  Of course, when I was 14 years old there was no such thing as "sexting."  My big thing was getting my own telephone in my room, and that was bad enough.  And for you old farts, here is the definition of  "sexting"...
