Michigan Governor Whitmer signed three new bipartisan bills into law, including legislation that criminalizes non-consensual sexual deepfakes and another that honors a fallen police officer.

"Michigan Stands Together." That was the headline underlined in Michigan Governor, Gretchen Whitmer's message regarding the Oxford High School shooting. The governor appeared on social media platforms to speak to the hearts of Michiganders.

To the song "Lazy Sunday", Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer was picking apples at an orchard. It was her effort to acknowledge Michigan's agriculture business.

This week, Governor Whitmer and her delegation traveled to the U.P. to meet with local government and elected officials along with leaders from several area businesses. While visiting the UP, Whitmer stopped at a local brewery to serve a cold one.

It's a non-election year, however, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer has raised $8.5 million dollars for her re-election campaign. This is the most of any gubernatorial candidate in a non-election year in Michigan history.
