So What Is This Stuff Washing Up On Michigan Beaches?

They are oily, they smell really bad and flies love them.  All the things that you want washing up on that Michigan beach you and your family are enjoying.  I guess the upside is that the fish in the great lakes LOVE eating these little, creepy, looking things.  Hmmm, it's something about the water....
