Thanks to their amazing site-specific art projects and massive success at ArtPrize, SiTE:LAB has become well-known around West Michigan.

Now, it's Miami's turn to get to know SiTE:LAB.

SiTE:LAB has won awards at ArtPrize. They won the juried award for best venue at ArtPrize in 2011 and 2012. They were also a finalist for the award in 2013.

SiTE:LAB has put on a show at Blandford Nature Center and they've collaborated with Kendall College on a 3D project. SiTE:LAB always draws attention and inspires. Their appearance at UNTITLED in Miami appears to be no different.

Art-Untitled.com explains what UNTITLED in Miami is all about:

UNTITLED. is an innovation of the traditional art fair model for international galleries and nonprofit art spaces with a focus on emerging and midcareer contemporary art. Our emphasis on international living artists and Omar Lopez-Chahoud’s curatorial approach showcases some of the most exciting contemporary art from around the globe.

Alois Kronschlaeger is representing SiTE:LAB at UNTITLED. ArtPrize fans will recognize Kronschlaeger. Kronschlaeger was the winner of the 2-D juried award at ArtPrize in 2012.

This is SiTE:LAB’s first project outside of Grand Rapids, and we could not be happier that it will feature Alois.  We have worked with him on two prior projects and know from those experiences that he will create something truly unique in Miami.

Great to see SiTE:LAB get more exposure!

UNTITLED's website is worth a stop. My favorite part is the list of exhibitors. There are about 90 galleries represented and almost all come from major cities from all over the world.  Some of the cities represented included: New York City, London, Mexico City, Chicago, London, Madrid, Toronto, Berlin, San Francisco, Grand Rapids.

Grand Rapids, force to be reckoned with in the art world!

UNTITLED runs through Sunday, December 8, in Miami.
