Rockford Farmer’s Market Tops In Michigan?

The Rockford Farmer's Market ranked in the top five in a contest for best farm markets in the country.

The national contest, called America's Favorite Farm Markets, is soliciting votes for the best markets in the country featuring locally grown items.

WZZM TV13 reported last year there were 1,300 markets on the list.  So far this year, Rockford is the highest ranked in Michigan and is fourth in overall voting.  Farmers markets in Grand Rapids, Muskegon, Holland and Ada are also named.
